Booked the spa suites but the jacuzzi not working, we came back from dinner and was looking forward to a hot jacuzzi jet massage but sadly it is not working. We should have asked for a discount for that. No tissue box provided, towels is as rough as my home kitchen rug. The heating system keeps emitting a loud clicking sound whenever the boiler starts, the fridge compressor has the same issue. I had to off the heating system to get some sleep. The pillows were soft, more like couch cushions. I wouldn’t recommend this for those who are on vacation.
